Gustavo Lara

Gustavo Lara

Head Nurse

Dentistry was one of Gustavo’s first interests, but not his first career. He originally qualified in Information Technology, and spent some time decrypting the digital world, before returning to education in 2018 to study Dental Nursing at the Federal University of Minas Gerais in his beloved – and sunny! – home country of Brazil.

He had always been fascinated by oral health and facial aesthetics, and his Dental Nursing degree allowing him to develop this lingering passion into a successful career as he was placed at the University Hospital. He was inspired to specialise further and completed a diploma as a Dental Technician, going on to work in a Dental Laboratory in Brazil.

In 2021, he moved to Ireland to continue his career, with a particular focus on giving the best for his patients and his Dental Team colleagues, an attitude that we absolutely love here at Truly!

When he’s not immersed in healthcare, Gustavo loves to spend time with his family and friends – going out to eat amazing world foods and relaxing on warm beaches are favourites! He also enjoys spending daily time with himself, focusing on his own body and mind.

Bart Merz

Bart Merz

Surgical Nurse

Next up is dental nurse, Bart!

We were lucky enough to welcome Bart to our shores 17 years ago, when following hisgraduation as a Dental Hygienist in 2006, he and his family swapped Poland for Cavan Townand the rest is history!

Bart’s successful completion of the Dental Nursing course in Cavan Institute prepared him to support a multi-disciplinary dental team, and his first post as a Ward Clerk in Cavan General Hospital from that time provided him with the experience needed to help, comfort and take care of patients and families in all manner of distress. Bart’s patients were sad to see him go when, after 12 years in Cavan as a Dental Nurse, he took the plunge and moved to Dublin for the opportunities to challenge and expand his skills and training – and for the thrills of the big city!

From the very beginning and his first post as a Dental Nurse, Bart has assisted in the widest variety of dental procedures, and over the course of his career has worked with over 40 different dentists, immersing him in an extensive, diverse and ever-developing learning and training environment. His well-earned confidence through many years of dedicated experience has cemented Bart’s place on the Dame Street Dental team as an invaluable part of our state-of-the-art practice, and a beloved member of our family.

Bart has always been popular with his patients and co-workers alike, enjoying his natural talent of being able to make anyone relax and laugh – even putting those preparing to undergo a surgical procedure at ease with his warm, calming wit. Bart found his calling when he became a Dental Nurse, and if you ask him now he simply can’t imagine ever doing anything else!

Bart believes that ‘Professionalism with a smile and laugh’ are words to live by, but when he can tear himself away from work and investigating pharmacology research, he takes advantage of the beautiful city he’s made his home, and can be seen out walking his bulldog, or hitting the town with friends!

Mia Coffey

Mia Coffey

Dental Nurse

Mia found her calling to healthcare at a young age when she discovered her enduring interest in all things dental. During secondary school the only thing she loved learning more about than teeth was the people around her – Mia delights in listening to people and talking about everything under the sun to get to know them, a spirit she brings to Dame Street Dental every day to make our patients feel right at home.

On leaving school Mia worked as a Dental Nurse for almost two years, during which time she became familiar with the full world of patient care, developing a passion for working in tandem with the dentist to assist and support their practice while learning everything she could about oral healthcare and delivering the best possible patient experience. This was when Mia’s long-held ambition to become a Dental Hygienist solidified, and she enrolled in the Dental Hygienist Diploma course with Trinity College and the Dublin Dental University Hospital. Her understanding and appreciation of the importance of periodontal care (preventative and corrective care of the gums) are constantly growing, and from Mia’s very first day with Dame Street Dental she has dedicated herself to developing lasting patient relationships as a Dental Nurse, always ready to chat before treatment begins to calm even the most nervous patient, so that she can be the best advocate for continuous oral healthcare that she can be.

Mia knows that keeping our gums healthy is fundamental to good oral health and preventing tooth loss in the long run. She is keen to graduate as a Hygienist and get to work educating and helping patients suffering from gum disease or decay, by combating and preventing such reversible issues as gingivitis and helping those living with periodontitis to manage that condition positively, as while bone loss cannot be reversed, it can be arrested. Mia is excited to promote excellent oral hygiene habits as one member of the dedicated team protecting the oral health of our patients, formed of the dentist, the hygienist, and the patient themselves as a partner in their own ongoing healthcare.

A dyed in the wool Dub, Mia still loves getting out of the city and has been all across Europe, with her eyes set on traveling throughout Asia next. She’s a massive musical theatre fan, and you may have even caught her turn as the Bird Woman singing ‘Feed the Birds’ in an amateur production of Mary Poppins in the Helix!

Shannon Akkaoui

Shannon Akkaoui

Dental Nurse

Since she came through our door at Dame Street Dental, Shannon has been a testament to our practice values – that a diverse clinical team united by a dedication to first-rate dentistry can together achieve not only real excellence in oral healthcare but also an optimal patient- led, dental clinic experience that can truly make every patient feel welcome and cared for.

Shannon graduated with distinction from the Dental Nursing course based in Trinity College Dublin in 2020, but she has always had an eye for aesthetics and an interest in the science behind a smile. Hailing from Clonakilty in Co. Cork, Shannon grew up in Florida before returning home to study Fine Art at Crawford College of Art and Design. While she loved art history and the physicality of drawing and painting, Shannon realised she was happier enjoying art to unwind, and that in her professional life while she still wanted to work with her hands, she knew now it needed to be in service of helping people to look after their health. After graduating from TCD, Shannon worked as a Dental Nurse for a year in a busy, multidisciplinary dental clinic in Galway, and it was here while developing her knowledge and experience daily that she discovered her passion for preventative oral healthcare and patient education.

Shannon is now studying Dental Hygiene at Trinity College Dublin while continuing to progress and develop as a Dental Nurse every day at Dame Street Dental, and her keen interest in engaging and connecting with nervous patients to ensure a fully stress-free treatment experience means that she constantly learns as much from her patients as from the expert dentists and specialists she assists. You’ll always recognise Shannon by her sunny disposition and caring, bubbly nature, and she can’t wait to graduate as a fully-fledged Dental Hygienist to bring her passion for educating patients on the foundational importance of periodontal (gum) health and the prevention of gum disease to the clinic every day.

Whenever Shannon isn’t hard at work supporting her team here at the clinic she can be found in the kitchen (she’s both a wicked cook and baker) or keeping active with some yoga, hiking or swimming. And when there’s time to get a little further afield she plans to add Australia and Canada to her list of destinations reached, alongside southeast Asia, America and all over Europe.

Sarah-Jane Morris

Sarah-Jane Morris

Head Nurse & Treatment Coordinator

Sarah-Jane’s career in nursing began in 2013 with her start as a Dental Nurse in private practice, assisting in a busy, fast-paced clinic which specialised in prosthodontics (complex dental care including the restoration and replacement of missing or damaged teeth with prosthetics). Sarah-Jane immediately knew that she had made the right choice, as her fascination for complex dental restorations grew hand in hand alongside the pride she took in her own role within the clinical team – providing reliable, efficient support and reassurance to both patients and dentists.

Once her formal studies were well underway and she was confident of her abilities in this advanced area of prosthodontics, Sarah-Jane decided it was time to move on and expand her skills equally into other areas of dentistry, both general and specialist. She began working in the Dublin Dental University Hospital, and following an intensive period of study and training, Sarah-Jane graduated with a Dental Nursing higher diploma from Trinity College Dublin in 2016. After taking some time to live briefly abroad in Spain, she returned to Ireland fully revitalised and ready to immerse herself entirely into a dental nursing career with Dame Street Dental built on dedication, calm and meticulous support work in even the highest-pressure procedures, and a commitment to patient-centred care above all.

Sarah-Jane’s extensive and specialised nursing experience has made her an invaluable member of our clinical team, and while her broad background means that she’s always ready for anything, what Sarah-Jane enjoys the most is assisting on cosmetic dentistry procedures, from composite bondings and veneers to crowns and long-term Invisalign treatments – the infectious joy and satisfaction of seeing patients experience full smile transformations. Whatever dental care she is assisting with on any given day, Sarah-Jane brings her love for building lasting, professional relationships of care with her – ensuring that every patient undergoes their treatment in an easy-going, friendly environment of trust, comfort and confidence.

A born and bred Dub, Sarah-Jane never tires of exploring the city, socialising in old favourites while also exploring the new – especially if food is involved! No stranger to hard work even in her free time, Sarah-Jane loves to combine activity with culture, being a big fan of the gym, music festivals – even setting up her own small business selling art in 2021!

Sara Bendamouh

Sara Bendamouh

Dental Nurse

Sara completed her diploma in the beautiful surroundings of France in 2017. Since then, she has worked as a dental nurse in the bright lights of Paris for the past 8 years, helping to support the City of Love with the smiles of satisfied customers!

Her favourite part of the job is seeing and sharing in her patient’s satisfaction. That’s how we knew she’d be the perfect fit for the team at Truly. Sara loves nothing more than to know she has built a good rapport both with her patient and with the doctor. Seeing a patient smile with confidence after their treatment is for Sara the most important part of her job.

Sara is passionate about her work, and always wants to improve herself. This is another thing which drew her to Truly and to Ireland – the opportunity to gain new experiences in new surroundings and to learn in a new environment is one that she just couldn’t pass up!

Outside of work, Sara loves art and history – so working in Paris was an absolute dream! Happily for us in Ireland, she also loves hiking, and she’s looking forward to exploring her new home on foot – as well as through art and history.

Alannah Hargan

Alannah Hargan

Regional Manager

Alannah’s main specialty is that she is a people person, and she brings that to every day in her role as our Regional Manager. Her career and personal life have both been marked by her enthusiasm for meeting other people; her ability to act as a positive motivator; and her fundamental drive to help people.

After serving as Head Girl at her secondary school, Alannah moved to the UK where her potential was recognised, and she was enrolled in the prestigious customer service training programme with Boots Pharmacy before serving as Team Leader for No7 in the flagship store in Guildford. Ever eager to explore, Alannah then moved to Spain and worked in an administrative role in an exporting company, gaining invaluable organisational experience and some excellent travel memories!

On her return to Ireland, Alannah honed her customer service skills as the receptionist in a 5-star hotel before making our day and joining the Truly Dental team, originally as Practice Manager. She was drawn to work in healthcare because – in her own words – ‘In this job we get to make people feel better, and I really enjoy that.’

Alannah’s enthusiasm for making people feel better also extends to her relationships with her colleagues. We have yet to see her stressed – no matter how tough the day has been – and her vision to provide a smooth, superior, and fully patient-focused experience across every clinical team inspires us all. She is also devoted to her own personal growth as well as that of the team and is currently enrolled in a diploma in Leadership & Management at UCD.

When she’s not filling our schedules and our practices with happy patients, Alannah likes to make sure every weekend is filled with entertainment. She loves spending time with her family, and with new random friends that she makes wherever she goes!

Krystyna Egel

Krystyna Egel

Practice Manager

We're delighted for you to meet Krystyna, our 'can-do' front of house colleague who can make any plan possible. Originally from Poland, Krystyna came to Dublin for a month's holiday and fell in love with the city, the culture and the people - that was nine years ago!

Fluent in both English and Polish, Krystyna has amassed a wealth of customer service experience and responsibility over the last nine years - her natural confidence and positive attitude have always enabled her to go after the things she cares about, and in her professional life this has always meant a drive to be the absolute best she can be. In previous roles Krystyna's passion for organisation and systems has seen her rise to supervisory and operations positions; keeping everything running smoothly is what she's known for. We were thrilled to welcome her onto the Dame Street Dental team where she can further grow and develop her capabilities and qualifications as an all-round administrative rockstar - and Krystyna's organisation skills and dedication to excellence in customer service have quickly seen her go above and beyond as a real backbone of the front of house team.

Just as organised in her home life as at work, Krystyna is efficiency and cleaning obsessed - but then that's no surprise, with the world's fluffiest Chow Chow, Johnny, at home. When not taking even more photos of the puppy, Krystyna is a huge fan of reading and travel, with some of her all-time favourite spots nearby in sunny county Wexford.

Aimee-Rose Willett

Reception

Aimee-Rose is a key member of our Front of House team.

Our very own American, Aimee-Rose moved to Dublin in 2019 to pursue her Masters degree in opera performance at the Royal Irish Academy of Music. Aimee-Rose’s positivity and passion for helping people shine through in her work every day, and she absolutely loves being a member of a team that is fully supportive of anyone with a talent for sincere, high-quality patient care coming to the job from all walks of life. Aimee-Rose is always driving herself to improve and learn, and is looking forward to completing her performance education, singing countless more beautiful solos, and of course her continuing bright future with Dame Street Dental!

Amy Armour

Amy Armour

Reception

Meet Amy, a dedicated and friendly Front of House star here at Dame Street Dental!

Amy fell in love with the city when she first came to Dublin in 2018 to study Visual Culture at the National College of Art and Design. She began working at the same time in hospitality, developing her skills in effective, articulate and responsive communication between both college and work roles, and quickly rising through the ranks to take on additional senior staff responsibilities including training and supervising, liaising between multiple departments to fulfil customer needs, and keeping a dozen administrative and scheduling plates in the air at once with a smile.

In March 2020, Amy decided life still wasn’t quite busy enough and took time out to start a family. She joined the team here at Dame Street Dental in the summer of 2021, and the clinic has been benefitting from her careful eye for detail, her quick thinking and her even quicker smile and supportive word, ever since. Whether on the phone or a first-time emergency call-in, patients always comment on Amy’s calm, reassuring demeanour and ability to put them at ease in even the most difficult situations. While the strengths and skills that Amy developed during her time in study and working in hospitality have transferred effortlessly to her role here at the clinic, she is keen to continue growing and progressing her abilities and experience long into the future of Dame Street Dental.

Outside of work the organising prowess doesn’t stop for Amy, as she currently spends the majority of her time running around after a wonderful but adventurous one-and-a-half-year-old, and the rest trying to find a moment of zen among the chaos of raising a young family!

Vincent Farrell

Vincent Farrell

Reception

We’re delighted to introduce you to Dame Street Dental’s own Front-of-House Renaissance man, Vincent!

Our gregarious Gaeilgeoir, Vincent got his start during the summer months at the Coláiste na Bhfiann Gaelteachts in West Meath and Galway, while also fitting in countless hours of practice on the school cycling team around his Leaving Cert studies at Dublin’s Rosmini Public School. This propensity for seeking out cultural as well as physical challenges to pursue would always be a passion of Vincent’s, as he went on to join the 7th Field Artillery Regiment via the McKee Barracks in Dublin, spending six years as a part-time soldier, three of those at the rank of corporal.

Never content to rest on his laurels, Vincent’s drive to diversify and develop knowledge in every field that fascinates him led to his beginning at this time a career as a civil servant, going on to spend 10 years working with statistics and the law. While his acuity, organisational and administrative strengths, and boundless cooperative communication skills were perfected over this period, it was Vincent’s adventurous spirit that put him on the path to Dame Street Dental – and we couldn’t be happier that it did! Vincent’s decision to take a bold career break at this stage and spend four years traveling throughout Europe and the Middle East, led to his being in London at the right place at the right time, to take up an exciting, transformative position at the Eastman’s Dental Hospital in King’s Cross.

During his time at the Dental Hospital, Vincent worked extensively on reception at a clinic dedicated to serving patients with severe dental phobias – an experience that has made him a natural fit on our reception team here at the clinic – where his understanding, empathy, and genuine interest in reassuring while getting to know those undergoing stress, can help put even our most nervous patients at ease. If Vincent’s on the front desk during your visit to our clinic, see if you can guess which landmark Dublin establishments you’ve definitely seen his hand in without realising it, from his time working on several high profile, city centre Capital Bars’ building projects. Vincent is still very happy to swap a cúpla focal in Irish with any interested parties, patient and colleague alike – while outside of work he still carries on as an amateur cyclist to this day, and staying fit outdoors indulging in swimming all year round, and landscaping garden areas for his friends and family.

Kamran Raiysat

Kamran Raiysat

In-House Accountant

Kamran is the backbone of Dame’s Street Dental’s accounts, financial and risk management department. After completing postgraduate and research degrees in Pakistan – graduating with an MBA in Banking and Finance in 2011 and an M.Phil in Finance in 2018 – Kamran set his sights on expanding his already vast experience in the fields of accounting, financial management and internal auditing with a move to Ireland to complete an MSc in FinTech (Financial Technology).

Kamran’s professional career began in 2004 with a part-time accounting role he held while working simultaneously on his BComm in Commerce. After graduation, he joined the Head Office team of an established non-profit organisation, where his abilities and drive quickly saw him rise up through a number of different roles over his years of service, from internal auditor and accountant to Senior qualified accountant and ultimately Chief Financial Officer. Over that time Kamran has qualified as a certified member of several internationally recognised accounting bodies, most recently through the Ireland and UK recognised Chartered Institute of Management Accountants Advanced Diploma course in 2021.

Kamran’s passion for continuous learning and professional development have been a hallmark of his career, and one which has enormously benefitted the institutions of which he has been a member. His active involvement in the development and implementation of innovative financial procedures, risk management strategies and internal control systems have contributed to Kamran’s research for his own published works – he is the author of several peer-reviewed academic papers and book chapters in the areas of microfinance, accountancy education, and the economic environment of multinationals.

Kamran’s keen interest in the modernisation and data analytics potential of FinTech motivated his move to Dublin and MSc graduation from the National College of Ireland in 2020. From the very first day of his joining Dame Street Dental’s Head Office in early 2021, Kamran has been a dedicated and vital member of our welcoming, inclusive professional culture. Our practice commitment to excellence in client care and implementing modern, leading-edge solutions perfectly aligns with his own, and every member of our team has benefited from Kamran’s professional advice, financial expertise and forward thinking.

Outside of the office, Kamran likes to switch off and indulge in as much travel and tourism as he can. When not working or traveling the globe, he loves to unwind by cooking with family and watching movies. Whenever he is away from his work, he loves to do cooking and watching movies.

Amanda Hayes

Amanda Hayes

Receptionist

Mandy brings extensive experience in 'first call resolution' to her role from her 8 years as a Contact Support Operative working in a multi-channel communications environment including comprehensive client support across multiple phone lines, Livechat and Social Media channels. During that time she honed her skills and competencies in Data and GDPR Compliance as part of a Financial Regulatory team within a large multinational organisation.

Mandy is enthusiastic about using the knowledge she has gained from Clinical and Medical receptionist courses to support practices and patients during routine and emergency front-desk call situations. Her time outside of work is spent out of doors and with family as much as possible, keeping fit and making memories - her conscientious nature led to her certification in Cardiac First Response for those long hiking trails.

Nicola Hayes

Nicola Hayes

Receptionist

Before joining the team, Nicola worked for 13 years as Contact Centre Operative for a large multinational organisation, over which time client communication migrated from a traditional call set-up to a dynamic, multi-channel environment. Nicola's commitment to providing a positive, respectful and satisfying client journey based on timely and effective communication extends to all her professional relationships - her collaborative strengths led to her Chairpersonship of a 'Voice of the Employee' working group in her previous role, promoting team-based discussion, innovation and resolution.

Nicola is dedicated to ongoing learning in the Dental field to build on the skills she gained during Medical and Clinical Reception certification training. She believes in encouraging continuous skill-building - a value she has taken to heart over the years supporting her own daughters' dreams.

Nick Herbert

Nick Herbert

In-house Copywriting

Nick is Dame Street Dental’s resident ink slinger, supporting our Clinical and Front of House teams by producing written content in the form of informational leaflets, aftercare instructions, and webpages to ensure that our patients can connect clearly and simply with the technical and medical information they are entitled to as partners in their own oral healthcare.

An experienced healthcare administrator, before joining the Dame Street Dental office in 2021 Nick had worked in medical administration and front-of-house reception and customer service for 8 years, most recently as the Practice Manager of a Dublin city-central GP clinic. With his background in English-language teaching and a primary degree and MA in English Literature from UCD, working in front-desk patient support over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic naturally expanded into a drive to utilize a range of communication approaches and channels to reach, inform, explain and connect effectively and clearly with patients.

Nick is currently taking an MSc in Information and Library Studies to gain further experience in structural information management and communication, because he believes the best way to relax after a day at the office proof-reading SOPs and writing patient walkthroughs of dental procedures is to dive right back into a word processor when he gets home. But outside of a computer he loves socializing and meeting new people; he finds volunteering and organising with community groups the perfect way to re-engage with the world and remember what we do it all for. That…and the occasional impressively terrible karaoke session.

Sinéad Logue

Sinéad Logue

Receptionist

Meet our Reception Superstar Sinéad!

A student of the human condition in more ways than one, Sinéad has the expertise, experience and authentic warmth to make every patient who calls our clinic for assistance or comes through our doors feel heard, respected and immediately at home.

Sinéad has worked in the care of children with additional needs for a number of years with the Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation, before which she completed her BA degree in Criminology. Her calm, professional and empathetic approach when resolving any and all patient issues has its basis in these early confidentiality and sensitivity focused environments, followed by a year working in general dental reception before taking up her current role on Dame Street Dental’s Front of House team. We and our patients couldn’t be luckier to have her positivity, problem-solving skills and welcoming perspective brightening our reception desk every day – young or old, Sinéad can put to rest the nerves of even the most dental-shy, whether you like to talk films, work-out routines, or philosophy!

Never one to do anything by halves, Sinéad is also currently training in the illustrious Bow Street Academy, the National Screen Acting School of Ireland. Although focusing on her acting at present, Sinéad has also branched out into writing, beginning with completing a first-draft novel in 2020, and aiming to move into screenwriting and producing her own short films after graduation. Once the ink’s dry on the editing process we can’t wait to be the first clinic with her book on our waiting room shelves!

Karen Hammond

Karen Hammond

Receptionist

Next up to welcome you to Dame Street Dental is Karen!

Karen's instincts for detail, accuracy and presentation led to her distinction at Journalism and PR studies in Rathmines. Starting in 2014, she began perfecting those same skills in a variety of hospitality roles, quickly adding leadership and training responsibilities to her toolkit as she moved from running daily front of house maintenance and customer service to supervising and buddy training.

Realizing that what she loved the most about her work was helping patrons with tricky requirements while making their day just a bit better in the process. Karen decided a career in healthcare was for her and so took up a pharmacy customer service role. The satisfaction she got from her time there supporting patients with queries, signposting to information or other services, payment plan or scheme issues, and liaising between technicians and patients as part of an effective team, convinced her she had made the right move.

Looking for new challenges, Karen was thrilled to join the Dame Street Dental team, where every day she gets to use her administrative, customer service and team support talents to ensure our patients receive a truly world class experience from the moment they walk in our door. Her natural compassion and desire to make even difficult situations easier with a friendly face and problem-solving attitude have helped put even our most anxious patients at ease.

When she's not keeping the front desk running smoothly, Karen loves to travel. A culture and food enthusiast, Karen fell in love with Thailand and can't wait to get back there for her next adventure. Although she'll never say no to Japanese or Italian food either!

Ciara O'Connor

Ciara O'Connor

Receptionist

Next on the lineup is our very own future dental magnate, Ciara!

Graduating in 2022, Ciara studied BESS at Trinity College Dublin, majoring in Economics and Political Science, before diving straight back in and beginning her MSc in Applied Economics later that same year.

Ciara has always excelled at problem-based learning, and finding and using information to reach solutions that work for everyone involved. Pair that with the friendliest, most compassionate personality we've had the pleasure of welcoming to the Dame Street Dental team, and you'll see why our patients rave about Ciara on our front of house frontline. Whether it's smoothing out a complex scheduling conflict or keeping an anxious patient calm and smiling, Ciara is never anything less than 100% focused on our patients and their comfort during their visit.

Having worked previously in customer service and also English as a foreign language teacher (in which she is also qualified, because why have one degree when you can have two?) Ciara is no stranger to keeping efficient, upbeat and proactive in a busy support environment, and her dedication, patience and humour makes our front office what it is.

Never afraid to try something a little different, Ciara got her black belt in Shotokan karate when she was just 12 years old, having trained devotedly for seven years. Her love of sports doesn't end there, and now she plays centre midfield for her hockey team, which she has captained for the last four years and counting!

Lucy thrives in multi-focus, high-energy patient support roles, and has been delighted to expand her knowledge and competency in both medical and dental contexts supporting our patients and practice teams with all general, complex, and scheduling issues.

Lucy hopes to learn all she can about direct patient support in a primary care setting, with the dream of becoming a frontline paediatric, theatre, or A&E nurse following her education and further training. Testimonials

I’m very pleased with result of my treatment with Dr Ian. He’s very professional, informative, nice and paying attention to details. My entire experience in the clinic was on high level. Highly recommend!
Angelika Pisulska
The dentist was excellent
Paul Perry
Quickly, good price, friendly people and a very nice and clean place.
Thamires Fernandes
As luck would have it, I had a toothache while on a 2-week stay in Dublin so I booked an emergency appt here. I was a bit nervous and didn’t know what to expect, however, everyone from the reception to dental nurses were welcoming and kind, which made me feel a lot calmer. Dr. Abed might be the most pleasant dentist I’ve encountered and dr. Steed made the tooth extraction pain-free and with minimal post-extraction discomfort. I also liked that the price list is transparent. A small complaint: I was not sent the rtg of the tooth that was done during my first visit even though I paid for it. However, as I ended up coming back the second time to extract the tooth several days later, it was no longer relevant.
Vedrana B.
Amazing clinic, the best staff. Highly recommend
Alannah Hargan

Ciara Pilkington
I went to Dame street Dental as an emergency patient. My tooth had broken and they were able to accommodate me by seeing me the next day morning, even though I wasn’t previously a patient. I went in and was extremely nervous and upset about my tooth. I was met with kindness, professionalism and compassion by Dr. Vanessa and Dental Nurse Fran. They were amazing to say the least. I will definitely be returning. Thank you.
Laura Smith
Very satisfied , can recommend . Staff friendly and reassuring, nice spotless place with modern equipment.
Inta Jankovica
In the last few months I have received superb, 5 star treatment from every single person I’ve dealt it, such as the receptionists and dental assistants. Dr Mo Abed, specially, is simply the most caring, professional and efficient dentist I have ever had the pleasure to deal with it. He always makes me feel so at ease and he always take time to explain the procedures and instructions to me. The quality of care and attention I’ve been provided is outstanding. I love how modern and pristine the clinic is, it makes me feel so comfortable! Thank you for everything you all have been doing.I cannot recommend this place enough!
